TERRASSES DU LARZAC
« Les Vignes Oubliées » are the story of some long forgotten vineyards on the high terraces and in the cooler valleys of the Larzac foothills. Comprising very old and rare ancestral vines at an altitude of 300 to 400m, they have been revived and are cultivated by a group of local growers. They are worked naturally, on small parcels of land, amongst the woodlands of the commune of
a unique and well-preserved old village.
The grapes are vinified and the wine matured by Jean-Baptiste Granier.
